This month I am having a series of cooking class to promote the launch of my books 'World Cuisine - My Culinary Journey Around the World Volumes 1, 2 & 3'. Today was the first class and we has a wonderful time. The theme was 'All About Appetizers' and we prepared several appetizers from all over the world - Toast Skagen from Sweden, Tuna tartar from Japan, Mussels in Coconut Milk which is Thai inspired and Salmon Cream from Sweden.
