My International Cooking School features vibrant, delicious and easy-to-prepare dishes from over 20 countries in 5 continents. Many of the dishes are featured in my cookbook “World Cuisine - My Culinary Journey Around the World Volumes 1, 2 & 3” Cooking classes are small and intimate with a maximum of 8 people. Come enjoy great food, conversation and meet new interesting people ! The topic today was 30 minute meals and we made 5 delicious dishes - Caprese salad from Italy, Mussels in a spicy coconut sauce which is Asian Inspired, Pineapple Fried Rice from Thailand, Macadamia and Coconut-Crusted Fish which is Hawaii Inspired and Mango and Cardamon Ice Cream from India.
