This month I am having a series of cooking class to promote the launch of my books 'World Cuisine - My Culinary Journey Around the World Volumes 1, 2 & 3'. Today was the third class and we had a wonderful time. The topic was 30 minute meals and we made 6 delicious dishes - Crab and Prawn Salad with a Thousand Island Dressing from the USA, Mussels in a Blue Cheese Sauce from France, Pineapple Fried Rice from Thailand, Macadamia and Coconut-Crusted Fish which is Hawaii Inspired, Fig and Blue Cheese Pizza which it Italy inspired and Mango and Cardamon Ice Cream from India.
