Cooking Class - Week 2 - Breakfast and Brunch

This month I am having a series of cooking class to promote the launch of my books 'World Cuisine - My Culinary Journey Around the World Volumes 1, 2 & 3'. Today was the second class and we had a wonderful time. The theme was 'Breakfast and Brunch' and we prepared several dishes from all over the world - smoked salmon bendict from the USA, spanish omelette from Spain, chanterelle crepes from Sweden, crab, spinach and aspsragus omellete from France and fig and banana sorbet which is mediterrenean inspired. Thank you Ayse, Irina, Lyudmila, Anastacia and Joan for making such delicious dishes!!! Join my on a culinary journey around the World through pictures!!!
