Cooking Class - Week 2 - Breakfast and Brunch
This month I am having a series of cooking class to promote the launch of my books 'World Cuisine - My Culinary Journey Around the World Volumes 1, 2 & 3'. Today was the second class and we had a wonderful time. The theme was 'Breakfast and Brunch' and we prepared several dishes from all over the world - smoked salmon bendict from the USA, spanish omelette from Spain, chanterelle crepes from Sweden, crab, spinach and aspsragus omellete from France and fig and banana sorbet which is mediterrenean inspired.
